Accutane ist ein Präparat, der basiert an Isotretinoid, das zur Behandlung von schwerer Akne und einigen anderen Erkrankungen verwendet wird. Sein Wirkstoff stammt von Vitamin A, das ist im menschlichen Organismus natürlich vorhanden, jedoch in geringen Mengen.
Mögliche Nebenwirkungen
Nebenwirkungen von Accutane sind selten, da das Medikament zur Langzeitbehandlung hergestellt wurde. Es kann aber einige folgenden Symptome verursachen:
• allergische Reaktionen (manchmal schwere) oder Hautausschläge;
• Erbrechen, Verstopfung oder Diarrhö;
• Schwindel, Schläfrigkeit und Kopfschmerzen.
Es wird empfohlen, an Ihrem Arzt zu sich anwenden, falls einer dieser Fälle dauerhaft ist.
Um das Risiko von Nebenwirkungen zu reduzieren, muss Ihr Arzt die Behandlung mit Albendazol zulassen, wenn Sie:

Überempfindlichkeit gegen Accutane oder andere Retinoide haben.
Überdosis
Darüber hinaus kann eine Überdosierung von Accutane Herzschlagprobleme verursachen (unregelmäßig oder zu schnell) auch Benommenheit, Brustschmerzen oder Übelkeit.
